CirBE solution 01

Cir. Bio Composting

Documented dry-leaf composting process over 15-20 days, with microbial preparation, moisture care and scheduled turning.

Solution overview

Designed around the reviewed application

The supplied CirBE process document records a 15-20 day dry-leaf composting cycle. It specifies microbial preparation, 50-60% moisture, a 40-65 C operating range in the active stage and turning every seven days. The accompanying photographs document the equipment and day-seven material condition.

Working pathway

From site context to output direction

PrepareFor 30 kg of dry leaves, the supplied process uses 1 L microbial starter, 1 kg molasses and 15 L clean water.
MonitorMaintain 50-60% moisture and monitor the active-stage temperature, documented at 40-65 C.
TurnTurn every seven days; harvest is indicated by dark-brown, friable material near ambient temperature.

Equipment and organic material in the field

CirBE field photographs show the RTDT composting equipment and the condition of the leaf pile after seven days. The images document the process and do not establish final compost quality.

Process timing, output quality and operating parameters depend on waste type, moisture, volume, site conditions and the reviewed treatment plan.

Accuracy note

Performance is site-specific

Treatment fit, timing, monitoring and output depend on the waste characteristics, volume, site and agreed operating scope. CirBE reviews these details before recommending a pathway.
